Most of our products can be supplied either branded with our own logos, supplied unbranded, or branded with your own logo.
We can supply most of our existing products modified to suit your specifications and packaged to suit your requirements.
However, if you require your own unique product, designed and manufactured to your own specifications, we can help you with this too.
Our core skill is in the use of advanced plastic injection molding techniques to produce components and products with a very high standard of accuracy and finish.
KLD Electronic's engineers can take an initial design concept all the way through the development process to the finished, manufactured product.
Development Process

Design and Development Team
Andy is our Chief Design Engineer, with many years product development experience.
Our Design and Development Team includes two research and development engineers, three structural engineers, two electronics engineers and experts responsible for designing and producing the molds, planning and implementing the manufacturing and assembly process and decorating or labelling the products, if required, by silk-screening or spraying.
Andy, our Chief Design Engineer, is highly experienced in product development. Our Foreign Trade Manager, Daniel Zheng, also has a background in product design, which is invaluable when dealing with customers who wish to have their own product manufactured.
The Factory
Our factory, located in the large industrial city of Dongguan, has a production area of 65,000 square feet (6,000 square meters).
We employ over three hundred production workers. Working conditions are excellent as the factory is spacious and quiet.
